Chief Operating Officer
As COO of Keller Williams Realty, Jim’s hope for the future of real estate is that the entire industry embraces Keller Williams’ agent-centric approach. So, it’s not surprising that he’s instrumental in driving the global headquarters’ growth objectives and operations, while leading the delivery of innovative education, training and technology to 100,000-plus agents around the world.
How does one guy get it all done? He brings a one-two punch to the day-to-day by strategically advocating for the entrepreneurial spirit of KW.
Over the course of his tenure with Keller Williams Realty, Jim has held several leadership positions in many different areas, including Keller Williams University.
Before being named COO in 2012, Jim was vice president of business affairs, where he proved his efficiency in enhancing the internal effectiveness at KWRI Headquarters to meet the company’s mission and vision.
With a background in publishing and technology, Jim has more than 20 years of experience overseeing the financial stability of companies, while successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. And, when he’s not upping the ante at work, you’ll probably find him following the Yankees, cooking or spending time with his wife and two children. Jim and his family live in Austin, Texas.
